Randall Phillip Walsh is a professor of economics at the Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh, and directs the university's master’s in quantitative economics program.

He is an economist whose work focuses on race, the environment, urban economics, and economic history. He received a Ph.D. in economics from Duke University and his B.A. in economics from the University of New Hampshire.
