Peter Fugiel is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. His research examines scheduling and hours of work as a lens on job quality, social policy, and labor market inequality.
He is working on a book about the making of fair workweek laws with support from the National Science Foundation. He has a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Chicago.
