Justin Wiltshire is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada, and an affiliate of the Center on Wage and Employment Dynamics in the Institute for Research on Labor and Employment at the University of California, Berkeley.

His research explores the dynamic interplay of local labor market conditions, industrial composition, housing prices, migration, and government intervention.

Wiltshire received his B.A. and M.A. in economics from Simon Fraser University, and his M.Sc. in economics from the London School of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Davis.
