Xavier Jaravel is an associate professor at the London School of Economics, where he teaches public economics and how to use micro data and methods to answer macro questions.
Jaravel’s research focuses on innovation and productivity, with related work on trade and applied econometrics. He graduated with a B.A. in economics and political science from Sciences-Po Paris and a Ph.D. in business economics from Harvard University.
