Jessica Fulton is the former External Relations Director at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. Prior to joining Equitable Growth, Jessica served as Outreach Director at the DC Fiscal Policy Institute, a research and advocacy organization focusing on budget issues in Washington, DC.
She previously served as the Research and Policy Associate at the Chicago Urban League and as an intern in the Office of Congressman Tim Ryan. Jessica earned a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Chicago and a master’s in economic policy analysis from Depaul University.
