Miguel Acosta is an economist in the Trade and Financial Studies section at the Federal Reserve Board System. He is an empirical macroeconomist and is currently working on macro-related questions in monetary, trade, behavioral, and labor economics.

He received his B.A. in economics from Stanford University and his M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University.
